Developing Strong Drive Attributes to Achieve Entrepreneurial Goals with a Former Navy Seal Commander Rich Diviney: bridging personal development, Navy Seal toughness with neuroscience to succeed in life and business.

Angela Shurina Season 2023

"I’M INSPIRED BY HUMAN potential. We are a species that in only ten thousand years evolved from cave dwellers to space explorers. Humans have the unique and brilliant gift of being able to imagine something and bring it into existence."
~ Rich Diviney, The Attributes

- How is being a Navy Seal different from ordinary life? Which one is harder? You might be surprised by the answer!

- How can you deal with stress in your life better, whether you're a regular person or a Navy Seal? There's a simple question that can help;

- Connecting stories, biology, neuroscience of performance - why The Attributes, Rich wrote about, scale and can be applied to the majority of people

- Why to be successful at self-improvement, we have to understand how our bodies work. If we ignore this, we won't get very far;

- What’s the difference between high/peak performance and optimal performance

- One of the best things you can do to perform at your best is learning how to relax quickly. It’s Navy Seals’ TOP secret!

- Why you have to be willing to take risks and put yourself in environments designed to make you fail to learn and improve fast;

- Why knowing where you are and where you want to go is the very first step to map out your self-development journey

- The best way to get to know yourself isn't by taking tests or reading books but instead by doing THIS;

- Becoming a consistently driven person to keep making progress on your entrepreneurial journey:

  :introducing pivots to develop self-efficacy - confidence, initiative, optimism;

  :2 types of discipline and the one that matters the most to create success as an entrepreneur;

  :developing open-mindedness to allow the world guide your journey VS being overly stubborn and often getting stuck in your open opinions;

  :one of the most important skills for an entrepreneur is being "cunning" - knowing how to break the rules in a smart way. But you also have to be careful not to break the wrong ones;

  :being narcissistic is actually a must quality for entrepreneurs. But it's important to not let it take over your life - here’s how.

 One of the most practical conversations to develop yourself as a driven, tough, no-BS entrepreneur who gets sh*t done, just like Navy Seals do - TUNE IN! You don’t want to miss this one out!
